Prices listed on the website are final. Shipping within Slovakia is free of charge.
All our jewellery is handmade in Slovakia.
We use only recycled gold and natural stones sourced from verified and reliable suppliers.

Delivery
We deliver within a maximum of 21 business days.
We ship our jewellery across the entire European Union.
We deliver via couriers of the Slovak Post.
We will keep you updated on the status of your order. Items in stock are shipped within 5–7 business days. Custom orders may take longer but will not exceed 30 days.

Our products are made from pure 14k gold or stainless steel plated with this gold. Our jewellery is designed to be safe for sensitive skin. However, please consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
Returns and Exchanges
Purchased jewellery cannot be returned, as it is custom-made specifically for you. If you wish to make any changes, please do not hesitate to contact us by email.
If the ring size or necklace length doesn’t fit and you’re interested in an adjustment, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
Payment
You pay your order by bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice for the products you have ordered.
Orders are always paid by bank transfer as soon as the invoice is sent. We will start processing your order after crediting the funds to our account or after sending a confirmation of payment.
